Our Team

Dr. Ellen, originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, earned her health sciences degree from Purdue University and completed medical school at Indiana University School of Medicine. She finished her pediatric residency at Cincinnati Children's Hospital in 2019. She married her husband during residency. Afterward, she and her husband moved to Portland, Oregon, where they lived for six years before returning to Fort Wayne in 2024 to raise their two daughters and dog named Chance close to family. Dr. Ellen is excited to join Fort Wayne Pediatrics, where she and her husband were both patients as children.

In her spare time, Dr. Ellen enjoys baking, reading, and road trips with her family. One of their favorite adventures was their honeymoon on the ring road in Iceland. She’s also a Swiftie, with Reputation being her favorite album, and loves family movie nights, one of her favorites is Encanto.
