Immunizations/Shots
Each year preventable diseases cause many illnesses and even deaths. Many states, including Indiana, have adopted laws that require children enrolling in school and daycare to be fully immunized. It is our intent to have all children in our practice immunized appropriately as recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
At your child's first office visit, you will receive information about the vaccines that your child will receive, and you will be required to read and sign the consent forms.

Our Recommended Vaccines
We strongly support recommendations for vaccinations set forth by the American Academy of Pediatrics and the State of Indiana. We encourage parents to choose which option is best for each of their children individually.
One of the most important choices a parent can make is to vaccinate against influenza every year. We recommend vaccinating against influenza beginning in early fall.
We offer Tdap and influenza vaccines to caregivers of our patients seasonally. Fees are due at the time of service.
RSV Antibody Shot: Available depending on eligibility.
*Due to recent changes, we are no longer following the CDC vaccine recommendations, and only follow the American Academy of Pediatrics Recommendations.
Insurance & VFC Program
Check with your insurance provider to confirm vaccinations are covered by your insurance. If they are not, or you are uninsured, we are now a VFC Provider and serve Medicaid, uninsured, and underinsured children from birth through 18 years.
VFC PROGRAM: We have become a provider for VFC (Vaccines For Children) and are now able to provide vaccines for those with Medicaid, Uninsured, or Self-Pay in our office!*
