RN, LPN, & MA
Our busy pediatric office is seeking a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse or Medical Assistant who will successfully:
- Execute orders from physicians for referrals, testing, x-rays, labs, etc.
- Administers medication and immunizations as directed by physician
- Prepare patient for examination and/or treatment obtaining vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature and weight
- Record vital signs and update medication list in EMR
- Obtain accurate and complete medical, family and social history
- Provide phone nursing triage
- Monitor controls of CLIA waived tests, collects specimens and performs laboratory test, verifies providers’ orders and patient per practice protocol
- Deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Indiana or Medical Assistant REQUIRED
- Pediatric experience desired but not required
Administration Assistant
Our busy pediatric office is seeking an administration assistant who will successfully:
- Complete administratitive tasks given by administrator
- Show strong organizational skills and good time management
- Use Microsoft Excel
- Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times
This job is for you if you:
- Enjoy working in family-centered practice environment
- Are a team player
- Want a full time, long-term position
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma
- Must know Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience in accounts payable, human resources preferred
