Our Pediatricians are on call 24/7, 365 days a year to take any urgent after hours calls. Our answering service will get you in contact with our on-call Pediatrician.
Our on-call physician checks the answering service on an hourly basis and will return your phone call as quickly as possible. Due to the volume of calls received, allow up to two hours for your call to be returned.
We understand that children become ill or that you may have an urgent question outside of business hours. For your convenience, our physicians are available for your family during the evening hours and on weekends. Please go to the closest emergency room or call 911 if you feel it is unsafe to wait for a response.
*Please save routine questions such as mild illness, appointment scheduling, and prescription refills for regular office hours 8am-4:30pm MON-FRI or use the portal.
(Phones are available for questions for the nurse/sick calls SATURDAYS 8am-11am, and Sundays during Winter Hours -OCTOBER thru MAY- 8am-11am.)

Emergencies
If an emergency should arise, please call 911.
Emergencies are considered to be those conditions that are life-threatening: loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, seizure, etc. In the case of minor emergencies (lacerations, cuts, mild fractures, sprains), please call our office first for instructions.
