Breastfeeding Friendly Office
We have an official IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) on staff in our office. Our doctors care about breastfeeding and will work with you to meet your goals.
Prenatal Classes
We currently offer 2 Prenatal Classes and a tour of our facility free for anyone interested in having their baby become a patient.
Postpartum Support
We have multiple Weekly Postpartum Support Groups for Moms.
What To Bring
- Any paperwork from the hospital, including hearing screen results and immunization records.
- Any available insurance information (often only the parent’s insurance is available at the first visit).
- Plenty of diapers and an extra set of clothes.
- New patient forms that are completed before the visit help streamline your visit.
Before Your First Appointment
A few weeks before delivery, call the office (260)490-7337 ext 376 if you'd like to become a new patient to speak with our New Patient team member.
You can also fill out our New Patient Form online.
You may want to download and fill out our paperwork ahead of time.
When the happy day has arrived, you can tell the hospital staff that you have chosen us as your pediatrician.
Hospitals
When you deliver, tell the hospital you are a patient of Fort Wayne Pediatrics, and your doctors name if you know it.
Our doctors currently round at Parkview Regional Medical Center off Dupont Rd. and Dupont Hospital. They no longer round at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana.
