*if you or a loved one is having thoughts of hurting themselves or others, having delusions or seeing things that are not there, are not making sense all the time, having trouble answering questions, or you are worried about yourself or a loved one, please do not leave them alone, and take them to the nearest emergency room.
If you have postpartum concerns or are struggling, please contact your OB/Midwife/Family Doctor or one of our Providers here at the office. Symptoms that might mean you need help: feeling overwhelmed all the time, trouble sleeping when able, high energy/talking fast/racing thoughts, deep sadness, anxiety, or feeling numb. Strong suspicious thoughts or fears of things happening to you or your baby. Rage or anger out of proportion. You are not alone, let someone know you are struggling.
